Be part of a team that values your expertise, offers diverse case experience, and supports your professional growth in a challenging, rewarding environment.Required SkillsMedical degree (MD or DO) with active California medical licenseBoard certification in Anesthesiology or eligible for certificationMinimum of 2 years of recent anesthesiology practice, preferably in tertiary care centersExtensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient surgical casesProficiency in regional anesthesia techniques (preferred but not mandatory)Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong decision-making and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesNice to Have SkillsExperience working with CRNAs and collaborating in anesthesia teamsInterest or experience in high acuity (ASA 3+) casesFamiliarity with EPIC EMR systemsRegional anesthesia training or certificationPreferred Education and ExperienceDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institutionActive California medical license and DEA license with Schedule 2/2n registrationRecent practice at level I or II trauma centers or tertiary hospitalsOther RequirementsWillingness to float between facilities including Bay Front, Mt.
