You will take an active role in moving matters forward, contributing to case strategy, drafting and arguing key filings, participating in discovery, and preparing cases for mediation, hearings, and trial.The ideal candidate will bring a solid litigation foundation, strong writing and analytical skills, and the judgment to handle emotionally sensitive and high-conflict matters with professionalism.Experience in estate planning, probate, or trust litigation is welcomed, but not required.
