Associate Attorney

Taylor Twining is searching for a lawyer with 2-5 years experience in civil litigation, focusing on personal injury and insurance defense.The candidate will assist multiple principals with defending high value cases. This includes handling written discovery, retaining and preparing experts, taking and defending depositions and general workup of the file. The candidate will also assist with motion practice and some research and writing.This job is ideal for an associate who is looking to take the next step in their professional development. In addition to helping with large cases, the candidate will have a docket of smaller cases of which they will personally handle the development of and try the case if necessary.$125K-$155K commensurate with experience$10,000 signing bonus ($5,000 initially and $5,000 after 6 months)5% 401K matchBenefits: Medical, Dental and Vision
