This interdisciplinary team approach is the best way to support our mission of partnering with families to build a strong foundation for their children in early childhood and beyond.Overview of Your BCBA Role:The position is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who enjoys focusing on early interventions and verbal behavior. Our BCBAs live out their mission to provide meaningful and impactful therapy to every client they serve.A Glimpse into the BCBA duties:Consulting with new families to determine the appropriateness of Ascend’s servicesPerforming assessments, including interviewing families, analyzing initial results, and reviewing prior medical reportsWriting individualized programs based on the results of the assessmentsCompassionately communicating assessment results and recommended prescription amount. Serving clients in natural environmentsEmpowering Registered Behavior Technicians with timely feedback and development opportunitiesMaximizing client outcomes with consistent parent training andComply with all company policies and procedures, regulatory requirements of payors and governing entities, including the BACBDo you check these boxes?Credentialed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst by the BACBPassionate working with children with special needs (Autism preferred) ages 1-6Skilled and comfortable utilizing technology in support of your RBTs and Clients dailyDeveloped skill acquisition and behavior support plans with proven, measurable improvement across metricsExpertise in Natural Environment Teaching, Verbal Behavior, Incidental Teaching Early Intensive Behavioral InterventionAn empathetic approach to difficult conversations with familiesOutstanding verbal/written communication with families, your team, and other providersDedicated to evidence-based treatment and ethical processAccelerate your clients' clinical outcomes using state-of-the-art technologyA lifelong learner with a growth-oriented mindsetReliable transportation; able to travel locally to Ascend offices and client homesAble to pass a background check and qualified to work in the USThe Benefits of an Ascender as a BCBA:Up to $24,000/year in bonus compensation for achieving quality and productivity goals.
