You should already be able to diagnose routine residential HVAC issues and complete basic repairs from start to finish, with support available when needed.Apply if you've already run service calls and are ready to level up.What You'll DoRun basic residential service calls independently (with support as needed)Diagnose common HVAC issues and complete repairsAssist on installs and continue building technical skillsUse tools and diagnostic equipment correctlyDocument work clearly in ServiceTitanIdentify and pass along upgrade opportunities to the teamDeliver a professional, respectful customer experienceWhat We're Looking ForAt least 12 months of hands-on residential HVAC service experience including diagnosing issues and completing basic repairs. Experience limited to assisting or on-call availability is not sufficient for this role.Universal EPA CertificationValid driver's license with clean record. Background check required due to work in customers' homes.Comfortable using iPads and field service apps for job notesStrong communication skills with customersReliable, consistent, and able to work independentlyMust be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).What Makes You a Good FitYou can complete a service call start-to-finish on common issues.
