Role Description We’re hiring Outside Sales Reps to represent and sell multiple brands under our distribution company. Looking for driven closers who can open new accounts, build strong relationships, and move volume in the field. Commission-based with high earning potential and real growth as we scale. Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills, with a proven ability to generate leads and close dealsStrong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, including proficiency in building relationships with diverse clientsAccount Management and Customer Service experience, with a focus on delivering excellent client supportOrganizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple client accounts and meet deadlinesProficiency in CRM software and sales tracking toolsAnalytical Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities to address client needs and propose tailored solutionsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferredExperience and knowledge in manufacturing and distribution industries is an advantage
