Warehouse Manager
Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager oversees all daily warehouse operations to ensure inventory accuracy, efficient workflow, and timely preparation of rental orders. This role is responsible for leading the warehouse team, maintaining equipment and facilities, and upholding Ace Party Rental’s standards for quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
Oversee the receiving, cleaning, staging, packing, and return processes for all rental equipment (tents, tables, chairs, linens, décor, etc.).
Ensure all outbound orders are complete, accurate, and staged on time for delivery or customer pickup.
Manage the flow of inbound returns, ensuring items are inspected, counted, cleaned, and restocked properly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in accordance with company standards and OSHA guidelines including the use of personal protective equipment.
Inventory Management
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management on shortages or equipment needing repair or replacement.
Ensure accurate counts by performing routine cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
Tag, label, and track equipment to reduce loss and damage.
Team Leadership
Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff.
Delegate daily tasks and monitor productivity.
Provide coaching and corrective action when needed.
Promote a positive, safe, and efficient work environment.
Promote a positive attitude towards the company, customers, management and fellow employees.
Equipment & Maintenance
Oversee maintenance and organization of warehouse tools, cleaning equipment, vehicles, and loading areas.
Coordinate small repairs internally; arrange outside repairs as needed.
Ensure all equipment is stored properly to prevent damage.
Shipping, Delivery & Logistics
Coordinate with the delivery team to prepare trucks, load schedules, and route plans.
Communicate with drivers about order accuracy, timing, and special instructions.
Ensure DOT and company safety rules are followed in loading/unloading.
Customer & Event Support
Occasionally assist with last-minute customer requests, will-call pickups, or onsite event needs.
Provide professional communication with customers and vendors.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse or logistics supervisory experience required; rental industry experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lead a team and communicate clearly.
Comfortable with physical work: lifting 50+ pounds, climbing ladders, and working in varying temperatures.
Basic computer skills (inventory systems, email, spreadsheets).
Valid driver’s license; ability to drive box trucks is a plus.
Fork Lift Certification to be obtained but not required before hiring.
Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
Work Environment
Fast-paced environment, especially in peak season.
Requires standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive movement.
Some weekend or evening hours may be required during busy periods.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.50 per hour
