Responsibilities: Create and serve craft cocktails Ability to understand flavor profiles of various blends and create seasonal menu items Excellent guest interactions to be able to explain menu items and provide recommendations Assess customer needs and preferences Follow all state and local food and beverage regulations Team player mentality is essential Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Requirements: Proven working experience as a mixologist. Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving craft cocktails.
