Vendors who reach out will be blocked.We are partnering with a leading global organization to hire a Senior UX Product Designer to support the development of a new AI-driven, personalized learning platform. This is a highly impactful role focused on taking an early-stage concept and bringing it into production.This position requires a hands-on designer who can operate in ambiguity, define product direction, and provide clear design guidance to development teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end UX design from concept through implementationTranslate a rough proof of concept into scalable product workflows and experiencesCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in FigmaPartner closely with product and engineering to define requirements and functionalityProvide clear design direction to developers to support build and executionContribute to product strategy, feature prioritization, and overall user experienceConduct light user research and incorporate insights into design decisionsRequired Qualifications5+ years of UX or Product Design experienceStrong proficiency in FigmaExperience designing complex web or enterprise applicationsProven ability to collaborate directly with developers and product teamsComfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with AI-driven products or personalizationBackground in learning platforms, training systems, or LMS toolsExperience with enterprise or internal-facing toolsFamiliarity with design systems and scalable component librariesPrevious experience in large-scale or global organizationsAdditional DetailsNashville candidates should expect to be onsite up to 5 days per weekInterview process consists of two rounds (design and product)
