WE ARE ONE OF THE LEADING GLOBAL EXPERT NETWORKS About the Role As an Associate, Client Services at Atheneum, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our clients with top-tier experts for qualitative virtual sessions. This is a sales-oriented role requiring strong commercial acumenyoull need to persuade experts, negotiate fees, and meet KPI targets while ensuring an exceptional client experience. Success in the role also requires hands?on market research, building a deep understanding of industry landscapes to identify and engage the most relevant experts for our clients projects. Your responsibilities will include: Expert Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify and onboard industry experts for client projects, ensuring availability for rapid booking. Top-Notch Communication skills including cold calling and warm calling industry experts who might not know about our services. Managing Multiple Projects: Coordinate multiple projects at once, efficiently matching clients with the right experts. Fast-Paced Booking and Scheduling: Quickly secure expert sessions on short notice, maintaining organization and clarity. Client Needs Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of client requirements to provide tailored expert recommendations. Communication and Outreach: Use cold calls, emails, and persuasive language to engage experts and secure their participation. Negotiation & Sales Focus: Convince experts to participate in sessions, negotiate competitive fees, and ensure smooth execution. Adaptability and Agility: Think on your feet, adjust to shifting client needs, rapidly, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment. Client Excellence: Maintain high-quality service by managing expectations, delivering accurate recommendations, and ensuring expert sessions run seamlessly.
