Responsibilities: - Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure the security of the premises - Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems - Control access to the premises by verifying identification and issuing visitor passes - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards - Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances - Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records - Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner - Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary Skills: - Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and practices - Familiarity with military or security protocols is a plus - First Aid and CPR certification preferred - Experience in loss prevention or asset protection is beneficial - Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively - Proficient in surveillance techniques and the operation of CCTV systems At our company, we offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive work environment.
