Alpha is seeking a dedicated Instructional Coordinator to lead structured-literacy workshops for K-2 students. You will design small-group lessons informed by live performance data and integrate AI-adaptive tools to personalize instruction.
This full-time role requires certification or a master's in reading, a Bachelor's plus 2+ years of K-2 experience, and willingness to work on-site at one of our campuses in Tulsa, OK or nearby.
