Key Responsibilities Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement Build and maintain advanced Excel models to track KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics Support strategic initiatives related to partner growth, retention, and engagement Required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in management or strategy consulting Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, modeling) Experience working with large datasets and performance metrics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Experience in healthcare, especially value-based care, is preferred
