Part Time Business Development Associate

We offer a full suite of insurance services with a proven distribution strategy designed around long-term profitable growth.Our associate may work with multiple departments performing a wide array of supportive tasks.Reports to: Senior Manager - Business DevelopmentOur Ideal Candidate Experience working with and managing lists, preferably in Excel or a relational database Able to research subjects using internet and AI tools Effectively communicates verbally and in writing Is detail-oriented Experience with a customer relationship management tool a plusOur associates benefit from working in a collaborative team setting with talented coworkers who care deeply about Alchemy and its clients.Job Duties Assist with outbound prospecting efforts, including drafting emails and LinkedIn outreach messages, as well as via phone Track and update pipeline activity within the CRM to ensure accurate reporting Conduct market research on industry trends, target segments, and emerging opportunities Support preparation of client-facing materials such as presentations, proposals, and summaries Help coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and scheduling with prospective clients Analyze campaign performance and provide insights on outreach effectiveness Maintain and organize internal sales resources, templates, and collateral Assist in post-call summaries and documentation of key client discussions Identify and research potential partnership or referral opportunities Support onboarding preparation for new clients, including documentation and data collection Monitor competitor activity and summarize notable changes in positioning or offeringsBackground Check is requiredSalary: $20 - $22 per hour
