Facility Maintenance Technician

Facility Maintenance Technician We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for all employees. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and a strong attention to detail. Full-time; Non-exempt Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor Essential Functions of the Role Duties and Responsibilities Maintaining a routine maintenance schedule for all 3 locations. Performing equipment maintenance and requesting new supplies or equipment service as needed. Attending to and reporting any facilities related issues as they arise. Performing building maintenance as needed. Self-performing or assisting other tradespeople with of all basic repairs related to plumbing, electrical, mechanical equipment, and HVAC. Inspecting facilities to detect existing or potential accidents and health hazards and recommending corrective or preventative measures where indicated.
