Position Details: Verify orders and labeling information. Visually scan parts for quality defects. Perform assembly of product as directed. Trim excess plastic from parts as required. Package parts according to customer’s requirements. Follow established procedures to reject nonconforming product. Complete daily production activity log. Maintain a stable cycle and a clean work area. Move finished product to designated areas. 1st Shift: 5:45am-2:30pm. 2nd Shift: 2:15pm-11:00pm. This position is offering a $1000 Sign-On Bonus, paid out in three increments - $200 after 30 days, $300 after 60 days, and $500 after 90 days. Special offers or promotions may be discontinued at any time. Requirements: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to read, interpret, and follow written work instructions. Ability to perform repetitive motion activities such as bending, stooping, pinching, and grasping. Previous factory experience is preferred, but not required. Must be able to perform visual inspection on products for defects. Must have the ability to be cross-trained. Full-Time Hire Benefits: This opportunity includes the potential to transition into full-time employment with our client.
