Lead Full Stack Developer
Role description
Location:Cincinnati, OH (Day 1 Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of fullstack engineers across multiple product streams
Drive technical architecture solution design and development standards
Conduct architecture reviews code reviews and engineering governance activities
Define reusable frameworks coding standards and best practices
Guide teams on scalability security maintainability and performance optimization
FrontEnd Development Angular
Lead the development of responsive and modern web applications using Angular
Establish UI architecture standards and component design patterns
Ensure optimal user experience across desktop tablet and mobile platforms
Drive adoption of reusable components state management and performance optimization techniques
Collaborate with UXUI teams to deliver intuitive digital experiences
Backend Development Java Spring Boot
Design and develop enterprisegrade backend services using Java and Spring Boot
Build scalable REST APIs and microservices supporting global business processes
Implement secure authentication authorization and API management practices
Develop resilient and highperformance backend systems capable of supporting largescale workloads
CloudNative Engineering GCP
Design and deploy cloudnative applications on Google Cloud Platform
Leverage GCP services to build highly available and scalable solutions
Collaborate with Cloud and Platform Engineering teams to establish cloud architecture standards
Drive cloud modernization initiatives and migration strategies where applicable
Ensure cloud solutions are optimized for reliability security and cost efficiency
Microservices Integration Architecture
Define and implement microservicesbased architectures
Design service communication and integration patterns
Lead API lifecycle management and governance
Enable seamless integration with enterprise platforms analytics systems and thirdparty applications
Drive adoption of eventdriven integration patterns where appropriate
DevOps Engineering Excellence
Champion CICD practices and deployment automation
Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve release quality and deployment frequency
Implement automated testing code quality controls and security practices
Promote engineering metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
Agile Delivery Stakeholder Management
Participate in sprint planning backlog refinement estimation and release planning
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Communicate technical risks dependencies and recommendations effectively
Support globally distributed Agile delivery teams
Required Skills Experience

Strong expertise in Angular latest enterprise versions

Benefits
Compensation range: $127,202.00 to $142,400.00 per year
