Execution Project Lead ConsultantWe are looking to expand our Retirement Risk Management EPL team across the US. We are specifically seeking an experienced project manager to lead and oversee pension plan settlement projects. The project manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.The RoleFull-time position with primary focus on project managing a variety of settlement projectsServe as execution project lead on 2-4 mid- to large sized settlement implementationsLead the end-to-end management of pension settlement projects including planning, execution, monitoring and deliveryOversee project implementations ensuring compliance with ERISA, IRS and PBGC regulationsDevelop detailed project plans, timelines and status reporting for internal stakeholders and clientsCoordinate with local teams, legal counsel, recordkeepers and client representatives to ensure seamless executionIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays or compliance issuesMonitor data accuracy and participant communications, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfactionFacilitate client meetings, prepare presentation materials and provide clear updates on project status and next stepsManage vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycleSupport the development of best practices, process improvement and knowledge sharing across the teamNote: Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.The Requirements10 years of pension experiencePrior knowledge of ERISA, IRS and PBGC requirements related to defined benefit plan terminations and settlements preferredExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyProven ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders, including actuaries, legal teams, plan sponsors and insurersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detailExceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalAbility to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements and project complexitiesComfortable working in fast-paced deadline-driven environmentsThis position is remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.Compensation And BenefitsBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation.
