We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable team members who enjoy working with children and are passionate about helping students grow in math during the summer months.Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking patient, reliable tutors who are passionate about helping K–8 students build confidence and skills in math. The ideal candidate can explain concepts clearly, adapt to different learning styles, and create a supportive environment where students can thrive. If you are committed, communicative, and care about making a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you.What You Will DoProvide personalized, one-on-one math instruction to K–8 students based on their individual learning needs and goalsAssess student understanding and adapt your teaching approach to support different learning styles and pacesUse curriculum resources and tools provided by Think Zone to deliver engaging and effective lessonsFoster a supportive and encouraging environment that builds student confidence and a positive attitude toward mathematicsHelp students develop foundational math skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesTrack student progress and provide regular feedback to support growth and celebrate achievementsMaintain professional and positive communication with parents and students, building strong relationships and addressing student progressQualificationsStrong math proficiency, with at least a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education or a background in education is a plusClear and effective communication skills, with the ability to explain math concepts in an easy-to-understand wayPatience and empathy when working with students of varying ages, abilities, and confidence levelsAbility to personalize instruction based on individual student needs, learning styles, and progressStrong organizational skills to track student performance and manage multiple learning plansGenuine passion for education and a desire to support students in building confidence and math skillsReliable and professional, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to student successScheduleWe are seeking reliable individuals available to work 2–4 hours per day, three times per week, with a strong preference for weekend availability.Start Date: Summer 2026Pay Range: $18.50–$20.00/hourCareer GrowthAt Think Zone, your role as a tutor is just the beginning.
