Job DescriptionSeeking a motivated, results-driven Seed Sales Representative to build and grow grower relationships within an assigned territory. This role focuses on consultative selling, agronomic support, and driving profitable seed sales through locally relevant products and proven systems.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent ag sales experience consideredExperience in seed sales, agronomy sales, or agricultural field salesSolid understanding of crop production, agronomy, and local grower marketsKnowledge of consultative selling practices and competitive ag productsFamiliarity with agricultural regulations and stewardship requirementsSkills4+ years of seed sales experienceStrong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilityEffective communicatorOrganized, self-motivated, and results-drivenComfortable using basic technology and Microsoft Office toolsValid driver's license; Clean driving recordAbility to manage a territory, track activity, and travel as neededEstablished book of business preferredPlease submit your resume to be considered.
