Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. This role is essential in supporting the overall operations by providing a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners safely and effectively Follow established safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries during cleaning tasks Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate personnel Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a hygienic environment at all times Requirements Previous experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures diligently Must be able to pass background checks as required by the employer This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment.
