Speech Pathology - East Lansing, MI

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in East Lansing, MI, serving a K-4th grade student caseload within a school setting. This contract position begins on August 17, 2026, and concludes on November 20, 2026, with a commitment of 35 hours per week.Responsibilities:Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary-aged students.Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, parents, and other specialists.Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district guidelines.Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions focused on student success.Qualifications:Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license required.Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.Candidates must have previous experience working with school-aged children, specifically in a K-4 school setting.No Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) will be considered.Location:Position is based in Lansing, Michigan, serving schools within the local district.This contract role provides an excellent opportunity to apply specialized skills in a supportive educational environment, contributing meaningfully to the communication development of young learners.
