This is an opportunity to join a company that is evolving and committed to the highest standards across all projects.We are seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee daily field execution across multiple renovation projects. This role is responsible for ensuring that work is progressing on schedule, coordinated across trades, completed with high quality, and managed professionally in active environments. This is a hands-on leadership position in the field, working closely with subcontractors and Project Managers.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily job site activity across multiple projectsCoordinate subcontractors and ensure proper sequencing of workEnsure materials, labor, and trades are ready and alignedMaintain consistent progress on all assigned jobsExecute project schedules at the field levelPlan and manage short-term (1-2week) look-ahead schedulesIdentify and resolve potential delays before they impact the jobInspect work in progress and completed workIdentify and correct deficiencies earlyManage punch lists and ensure clean project closeoutsMaintain clean, organized, and professional job sitesEnforce safety standards and expectationsRepresent the company professionally in occupied environmentsProvide clear updates to Project Managers and other leadershipIdentify issues early and communicate proactivelyWork collaboratively with PMs to keep projects on trackQualifications5+ years of construction experienceStrong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordinationAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills in real-time field conditionsHigh level of accountability and follow-throughProfessional communication skillsExperience with project management software like BuilderTrend or ProCorePreferred ExperienceHealthcare or occupied renovation environmentsWorking with subcontractor-driven projectsMulti-site project coordinationWhat Success Looks Like in This RoleProjects stay on schedule with clear daily progress and minimal downtimeWork is executed cleanly, safely, and professionally in occupied environmentsSubcontractors are organized, accountable, and aligned with expectationsJob sites and jobsite storage are well-managed, presentable, and reflect high standards.Issues are identified early and handled without escalation when possibleCommunication between field, project management, and clients is clear and consistentProjects move efficiently from start through punch list and closeoutResidents, staff, and facility operations experience minimal disruptionMaterials, deliveries, and sequencing are planned and executed proactivelyYou take ownership of the jobsite and consistently keep work moving forwardWe believe great work starts with great people.
