HR Coordinator/Recruiting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator/Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and recruiting top talent for both hourly and salaried roles, while supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the HR department.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.Conduct interviews via phone or in person.Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates.Support the onboarding process and general HR administrative functions.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent from an accredited college or university.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on recruitment preferred.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.High-energy and passion for recruiting and HR functions.
