This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for establishing theculture, building the team, and executing the operational strategy that willdefine our success in the region. The right candidate will bring a balance ofhands-on manufacturing expertise, disciplined operational leadership, and theability to scale a facility while maintaining the standards that have definedour company for decades.This is arare opportunity to shape a new facility backed by an established, financiallystrong organization with a long-standing commitment to its people, customers,and communities.KeyResponsibilitiesProvidestrong leadership and direction to plant operations, including production,maintenance, quality, and safetyDrivea culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvementEnsureplant performance meets or exceeds targets for efficiency, cost, quality, anddeliveryDevelop,coach, and engage supervisors and frontline leadersImplementand sustain standard operating procedures and best practices learned duringinitial training periodPartnerwith corporate and cross-functional teams to align plant objectives withbusiness goalsManageplant budgets, staffing plans, and capital projects as neededEnsurecompliance with all regulatory, environmental, and company standardsExtensivetravel will be required during the first year to support the successful launchof the new location.Completehands-on training at the Virginia facilityLearncompany systems, production processes, and performance expectationsBuildstrong relationships with leadership and operations teamsPreparefor smooth transition to full plant leadership role in Oklahoma CityQualificationsBachelor'sdegree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field (orequivalent experience)8years of plant or manufacturing leadership experience; Plant Manager experiencestrongly preferredProvensuccess leading teams in a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrongworking knowledge of safety programs, lean manufacturing, and continuousimprovementExcellentleadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
