Technical Program Manager, Extensibility Platform (CA)

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Program Manager, Extensibility Platform (CA) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.This role will help drive complex, cross-functional execution for a platform-focused initiative with significant technical and customer-facing implications. The Technical Program Manager will coordinate priorities across product, engineering, partnerships, and professional services teams to keep major launches on track and aligned to broader strategy. Success in this role will require strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to resolve ambiguity while balancing scope, trade-offs, and stakeholder needs.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $140,000 – $170,000 annuallyResponsibilities Drive cross-organizational decisions across multiple teams involved in the platform program Own the critical path for major launches, shaping scope and negotiating trade-offs across teams Influence product and engineering roadmaps by aligning team plans with the broader strategy Support professional services and partnerships by integrating their requirements into the roadmap and ensuring customer needs are met Proactively resolve ambiguities in integration and ownership among cross-functional teamsQualifications 5+ years of technical program management experience driving complex cross-organizational programs Strong understanding of enterprise customer needs with a solid product sense Excellent communicator capable of translating technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences alike Proven leadership skills in aligning cross-functional teams and building consensus in high-stakes environments A record of successful program delivery in technical settings Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceBenefits Flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Ongoing professional development opportunities Collaborative and inclusive company cultureOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
