Job Title: Hospitalist Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Near ROCK VALLEY, IA Job Description: We are seeking a board-certified Hospitalist to provide coverage for a facility in Iowa. The provider will be responsible for inpatient care, rounding, and admitting. The patient population is adults only, and the team includes 8 MDs and 12 APPs. The average number of patients per day for admissions is 18-20, and there is no ICU coverage. The shifts are 12 hours long, from 7a-7p, and the weekends are TBD. The provider must be available to cover all dates listed to avoid being redirected. The facility is recruiting additional providers as they look to build their own hospital-employed group.
