Mini Kabob is a small, family-run restaurant with a big reputation, and an even bigger heart. Every dish we serve and every guest we welcome reflects the care and pride that define who we are. Our kitchen is fast-paced, hands-on, and built on teamwork, where every person plays a vital role in delivering the quality and consistency our name stands for.
With only 299 square feet of space, we operate shoulder-to-shoulder, literally. That means communication, efficiency, and respect are everything. You’ll be working directly alongside the Martirosyan family, learning the craft, the standards, and the energy that made Mini Kabob one of Los Angeles’ most beloved hidden gems.
This is a true family environment: supportive, driven, and deeply personal. You’ll be treated like one of us, and in return, we expect the same work ethic, care, and commitment we give every single day. If you thrive in a tight-knit team and love being part of something meaningful, you’ll fit right in here.
