Part-Time Program & Events Assistant

Position Overview Let US Talk About It, Coaching LLC is seeking a reliable, enthusiastic On-Call Assistant to support community outreach, events, and light social media content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, representing a mission-driven organization, and learning hands-on in a youth and family empowerment space. No prior experience is required — we value dependability, good energy, and willingness to learn. Key Duties & Responsibilities Attend community events, workshops, and meetings alongside the Founder or represent the organization when needed Support event setup, sign-in, and basic coordination Assist with taking photos/videos and posting simple content on company social media platforms Help share flyers, information, and program updates at events Provide general assistance during outreach activities Communicate professionally with community partners and attendees (Duties are flexible and will grow with comfort and interest.) Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For Friendly, dependable, and professional Comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds Basic smartphone skills (photos, videos, social media posting) Good communication skills (verbal and written) Organized and able to follow instructions Interest in youth, community work, or social impact is a plus Reliable transportation preferred (not required for all events) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Omaha, NE 68127 (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
