The Production Worker supports the Commercial Operations department by performing essential duties related to kitting, sub-assembly, and other production tasks while adhering to safety standards.
Production Workers are responsible for operating machinery, such as rivet machines, skin packers, and die cutters, while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. They also assist with preparing finished goods for shipment through boxing and packaging. Additionally, you'll play a key role in preparing finished goods for shipment by boxing or packaging them appropriately. Your dedication and diligence help uphold OSM's commitment to delivering high-quality products.

Preferred Minimum Qualifications
Related work experiences along with an excellent work record.
At least 18 years of age.
Basic language, written, and computer skills necessary for communication and documentation.
Ability to speak, hear, and read the English language.
Be able to stand, squat, stoop/bend, kneel, lift up to 30 pounds, and push and pull against potential resistance.
