Systems Engineer

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience Location: Overland Park, Kansas Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Systems Engineer to join their team! Join a dynamic team responsible for providing post-sales support to internal and external customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, contributing to strategic planning and system health management. The role is open due to team expansion, offering a hybrid work schedule in Overland Park, Kansas. Key Responsibilities & Duties:Manage and resolve customer issues in a hands-on role Serve as subject matter expert for managed services customers Build, deploy, and monitor enterprise solutions Contribute to automation using Ansible and Terraform Administer and upgrade backup solutions regularly Create and maintain documentation for customer environments Monitor application performance and implement fixes Provide Incident Response support Interact with customers and manage business applications Required Qualifications & Experience:Minimum three years of systems engineering experience Experience with VMware, Nutanix, Citrix, or Azure Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience Certification in Citrix, Nutanix, Azure, or VMware Experience with RMM tools like ConnectWise Automate Strong customer relationship skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience:Experience with ITIL v3 or v4 Solid networking knowledge Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks Perks & Benefits:This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
