Halfdays is seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to contribute to our company’s growth. This individual must have excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities. This individual will provide comprehensive support to our CEO, manage her schedule, emails, and travel arrangements, and assist with personal tasks as needed. The role will also involve supporting our co-founder and leadership team, as well as handling all office management.This role is based out of our headquarters in Denver, CO; relocation support will be provided to a remote hire. Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Assistant to the CEOSupport the CEO across scheduling, inbox management, and general coordination + correspondencePerform complex, high-level administrative and personal duties to support the CEO effectivelyAct as the voice of the CEO through all channels of communicationPrep CEO for meetings to include agendas, attendee bios, and decksForesees opportunities to pivot appropriately to support shifting initiatives and act independently to realign executive prioritiesGeneral Support to Co-foundersCoordinate all business and personal travel, including building detailed itineraries for multiple parties Manage personal and business calendars for the co-founders, coordinating and scheduling and travel arrangements with the highest level of accuracy, detail, and confidentialityRun company and personal errands for the co-founders as neededSupport our co-founder on photoshoot planning and coordination as neededCapture social content + help to coordinate with social media manager on behalf of the cofounders for their personal accountsOrganize, host, and facilitate activities such as team and cross-functional meetings, conferences, team off-sites, and department activities as well as coordinate gifting on behalf of the co-foundersResponsible for lunch, dinner bookings and ordering for team events and meetingsGeneral Office ManagementAct as the main point of contact for all office-related correspondence, like parking passes, communication with property management for any building-related issues, etc.Manage all office purchasing, cleaning coordination, and overall day-to-day management of our HQ. Ensure the office is clean and organized at all times, supporting coordination and organization of product samples, styling pieces, and photoshoot supplies. Qualifications:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Strong familiarity of Denver and the surrounding areasProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Figma a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Flexible and adaptable; willing to jump into any task or projectBonus points if you have experience in content creation, social mediaBonus points if you love the outdoors and enjoy skiing, snowboarding, hiking, etc. BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision benefits401(k) WFH flexibilityPaid Parental LeaveUnlimited Paid Time Off Generous employee discountSalary Range: $55,000-$75,000Location: Denver, COAt Halfdays, we know that outdoor enthusiasts come from all different backgrounds, and we are here to support them by having a diverse team.
