Junior Systems Analyst4-month contract position (with possible extension)Overview:The Junior Systems Analyst position is expected to perform a variety of activities involved in the installation, configuration, modification and repair of computer, telecommunications and multi-media equipment and related hardware and software with guidance from senior member and the manager. This individual manages requests from on-site productions and end users. Responsibilities also include asset management, patch management, account administration tasks, service management with the following primary objectives:Scripting experience with Bash/ZshellPerforms infrastructure management / maintenance tasksPerforms user provision of user accounts and assetsProvide end user workplace support including incident resolutions, asset management, patch/upgrade management, software installations/troubleshooting and general Q&A across PC, Mac, Smartphones, Tablets, and Peripherals.Update Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune environmentsUpdate and integrate Jamf Connect for identity and authenticationUpdate Apple Business Manager (ABM)Facilitate production technology projects including but not limited to streaming network, wireless radio, server maintenance and upgrade, voice upgrade.Propose system enhancements (software and hardware updates)Performs O365 service administration tasks for Production Collaboration / Email service which includes –User account / Email account provisioningSharepoint administrationAuthentication / Security ManagementAudit / ReportsApplication deployment / management including Creative CloudManages conference rooms Skills:Minimum 2 years of experience as support analyst/engineer, including image creation/build, OS installation/troubleshootingExperience with Windows and MacOS.Image build and deployment experienceMust be a go-getter and take initiative on a regular basis finding ways to avoid problems proactively
