Facilities Management Director

A company is looking for a Director of Facilities Management. Key Responsibilities Manage workplace services, operations, and asset planning for a diverse portfolio Ensure compliance with contract obligations and develop financial plans for cost control Lead and mentor staff while fostering effective client relationships and service delivery Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in facility management or property portfolio management Broad commercial real estate background with expertise in facility operations and capital planning Experience with project/construction management and human resource processes Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) preferred
