Because at UKG, your work matters—and so do you.About the Role:We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Global Industry Analyst Relations (AR) Program Manager to lead and scale our engagement with leading industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC and more). This role is responsible for driving a high-impact, globally coordinated best-in-class AR evaluation submission program, including Magic Quadrants, Critical Capabilities, Waves, Value Matrices, Marketscapes and other competitive assessments. This individual will partner cross-functionally with product and development, product marketing, competitive intelligence, and leadership to shape compelling narratives, ensure operational excellence, and maximize the company's positioning in analyst research.Duties and Responsibilities:Analyst Evaluations (Core Focus):Lead end-to-end management of analyst evaluation submissionsDevelop clear, differentiated, and evidence-based narratives that align with evaluation criteria and emphasize key market differentiatorsConduct kick-off meetings to align internal resources, review evaluation criteria and set timeline expectationDrive cross-functional coordination to gather inputs from product, engineering, marketing, customer success, competitive intelligence and salesEnsure accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment across all submission materialsEstablish and enforce submission best practices, templates, and review processesManage tight deadlines and complex deliverables across multiple concurrent evaluationsContinuously improve submission quality through retrospectives, analyst feedback, and competitive insightsEngage with agentic AI tools to facilitate the evaluation process, ensuring accuracy while increasing throughputPrepare relevant briefing documents for briefing/demo sessions with analystsIdentify customer stories, case studies and references to be used to strengthen position in evaluationsContent Development & Messaging:Translate product capabilities, vision, and customer outcomes into compelling analyst-facing contentPartner with product marketing and demand gen to refine positioning and messagingEnsure consistency between submissions, briefings, demos, and published researchCreate collateral to be used by sales for each licensed reportPerformance Measurement & Insights:Track and analyze performance in analyst reports and evaluationsDeliver insights and recommendations to improve positioning and perceptionMonitor competitor performance and industry trends within analyst researchProcess Improvement:Continuously assess and improve AR workflows, processes, and tools to increase operational efficiency and effectivenessAssist in identifying how Global AR can use AI to improve internal processes as well as for analyst briefings and demosIdentify opportunities for automation in reporting and tracking analyst engagements and integrate more data-driven insights into the AR functionBasic Qualifications:5+ years of experience in analyst relations, operations, or project management, with a focus on HCM technology strongly preferredExperience working with major industry analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and othersAbility to create and analyze data-driven reports and dashboards using Power BI or other similar solutionsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare compelling content for analyst engagementsIncredible ability to synthesize a value story from a list of product capabilitiesAbility to analyze market data and AR trendsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and familiarity with collaboration toolsPreferred Qualifications:Experience managing AR-specific platforms (ARInsight) and experimenting with AI technologiesBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or a related fieldStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentCreative, self-starter with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsFlexibility is key, to be able to manage several priorities at onceExperience with UKG's HCM-related technology and servicesWhy Join Us:Impact: Be a key player in enhancing our company's presence in the rapidly evolving HCM space by managing strong relationships with key industry analysts through their annual evaluation programsGrowth: Develop your skills in a high-impact, fast-moving environment, with growth potential in both AR and broader communications functions.Culture: Join a forward-thinking and inclusive team passionate about revolutionizing the future of work and human capital management.Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary, benefits package, and professional development opportunities.Company Overview:UKG is the Workforce Operating Platform that puts workforce understanding to work. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
