Company Overview Certus Healthcare Management operates 17 communities across Ohio and Michigan, dedicated to providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services. The properties range from Zanesville to New Concord and St. Clairsville, Ohio. Travel will be required to all communities. Summary As the Regional Director of Culinary Services at Certus Healthcare Management, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing culinary operations across our communities. This leadership position is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and the implementation of best practices to ensure quality services, food preparation, and budgeting of our culinary service teams. Responsibilities monitor, train and support Culinary Directors at each community assist with menu development assist with monitoring and reducing food costs when needed complete kitchen audits to ensure compliance and readiness Starting negotiable salary for this Monday through Friday position is $70,000 annually Full Time Benefits include but are not limited to: Health, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary insurance available after 30 days of employment 401K with company matching starting after 90 days Vacation/Sick Time Package Referral programs earning up to $2000 per referral; unlimited referrals! Company paid life insurance No cost Flu and COVID-19 vaccines We are interested in someone who: Has prior experience as a Regional Culinary Director of Culinary Director in Long Term Care Has a knowledge base in Dietary Services in Long Term Care Has their Certified Dietary Manager Certification Enjoys training others on kitchen safety and kitchen basics Has a positive and upbeat attitude Is capable of overseeing multiple communities within their region This position is ideal for a seasoned Certified Dietary Manager looking to join a growing team in the long-term care industry.
