The company partners with clients to create seamless parking experiences while fostering a people-first culture for employees across multiple states.The Regional Recruiting Partner plays a critical role in supporting talent acquisition and HR operations across an assigned geographic region. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality recruiting services, ensuring compliance with multi-state employment requirements, and providing an exceptional candidate and employee experience.This hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) partners closely with regional leaders, hiring managers, and centralized HR teams to attract, hire, and onboard top talent who reflect the company's service-driven culture.Multi-State Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hourly and supervisory roles across multiple statesRecruit for positions such as valets, shuttle drivers, cashiers, garage staff, supervisors, and operations managersAdapt recruiting strategies to local labor markets, licensing requirements, and workforce trendsBuild strong talent pipelines through community partnerships, job fairs, and regional recruiting initiativesCoordinate interviews, hiring panels, and selection processes across locationsTrack recruiting metrics and provide real-time updates to leadershipEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including EEO and pay transparency regulationsSupport staffing needs related to seasonal demand, peak business periods, and special eventsHR Operational SupportOversee compliant onboarding processes, including documentation, training, and orientationCoordinate uniform distribution, equipment setup, and site-specific onboarding activitiesServe as a primary HR contact for employees and managers across multiple statesPartner with centralized HR teams to implement policy updates accurately by stateAssist with Department of Transportation compliance when applicableConduct follow-ups with new hires (30/60/90-day check-ins) and support separation processesQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree)5+ years of experience in recruiting and HR support, preferably in high-volume or multi-state environmentsStrong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, including EEO compliance and recruitment regulationsDemonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, offer management, onboarding, and follow-up engagementProven ability to recruit for high-volume, customer-facing hourly rolesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage and build relationships with managers and leaders at all levelsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, locations, and stakeholders simultaneouslyProfessional presence, strong interpersonal skills, and a naturally engaging, outgoing communication styleAbility to promote job opportunities with enthusiasm and represent the organization's brand positivelyStrong judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain strict confidentialityCommitment to continuous learning and staying current on recruiting best practicesPreferredHR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CPLinkedIn Recruiter, AIRS, or similar sourcing certificationExperience using HRIS or applicant tracking systems (e.g., ADP Lyric)Recruiting experience within parking, hospitality, transportation, or other high-volume service industriesBackground in staffing agencies or fast-paced recruiting environmentsDemonstrated servant-leadership mindset and collaborative working styleExperience supporting post-hire employee engagement processes such as check-ins or onboarding follow-upsBenefitsFull Benefits Package
