The ideal candidate brings 5-10 years of hands-on experience in automated manufacturing environments and excels at optimizing equipment performance, integrating new technology, and leading complex technical projects in a regulated setting.**Preferred Qualifications:**+ Proven expertise in high-speed packaging equipment, including specification, procurement, installation, and validation.+ Strong automation and controls background with proficiency in PLC, HMI, SCADA, and vision system programming.+ Demonstrated ability to integrate machines and automation systems into existing production lines.+ Experience working within regulated industries-medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar (cGMP experience strongly preferred).+ Skilled in troubleshooting equipment and process control systems, driving continuous improvement, and enhancing equipment reliability.+ Hands-on experience leading small capital projects, from concept through commissioning and validation.+ Ability to collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and drive efficiency improvements **_This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
