The Welding Instructor will deliver comprehensive training sessions, provide hands-on instruction in various welding techniques, and educate students in topics such as welding safety and best practices. Additional responsibilities include assessing student performance, maintaining classroom and workshop safety, and preparing students for certifications in welding disciplines.QualificationsExperience in Welding techniques, such as FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) and Pipe WeldingBackground in Welding Inspection and a strong understanding of industry standardsSkills in Curriculum Development and the ability to design and implement effective teaching materialsRelevant certifications or qualifications in welding or welding instructionStrong communication and teaching skillsCommitment to fostering a safe learning environmentExperience or familiarity with workforce development and vocational training programs is a plus
