Keep reading to see how you can join the team leading this effort!Job SummaryThe Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the Sales and Accounting Departments for the store's location.Essential Job Functions and DutiesGreet clients when they enter the buildingAnswer incoming calls and direct to appropriate partyAssist the sales and service teams as needed with required documentationPrepare vehicle delivery paperwork including state DMV required documentation for titling and registration purposesManage the title process and report title status in the systemSubmit warranties as necessaryObtain finance paperwork and complete RSA and ESC contracts as appropriateManage accounts receivable responsibilities including daily deposits for sales, service, and rental department, account reconciliation, collection calls, and required paperwork submittals to state and federal accounts for paymentManage accounts payable responsibilities required by the support center office. Monthly petty cash reconciliation, credit card statements, gas log statements, expense reports, and check requests as neededManage client accounts updating current information as neededProcess and distribute all incoming mail to the correct department at store and corporate levelOrder general office supplies as neededManage the vehicle rental process, schedule rentals, train rental clients on the use of the adaptive equipment, prepare contracts, invoice, prepare and file all related paperwork on a monthly basisManage the vehicle maintenance and schedule repairs as needed for the Rental FleetCreate deal jackets for all inventory and manage the flow of deal jackets to align with vehicle movementCollect client payment when service work is performedOther duties as assignedPosition Qualifications and ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED requiredExcellent customer service skills and experience requiredSolid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills requiredExperience working independently with minimal supervisionSkills/AbilitiesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.What We offer youWork/Life Balance – Hours of operation 8-5, Monday through Friday, no late nights!
