Position: Quality EngineerLocation: Claremore, OKPay: $80,000/yearExperience: 3 years of experience in a Quality role within a manufacturing environment.Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Type: Full-time; Direct HireSchedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pmProRecruiters is seeking a Quality Engineer to join a growing and dynamic team!Job DescriptionDevelop, implement, and maintain quality control systems, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent product quality.Monitor manufacturing processes to identify defects, nonconformances, and opportunities for improvement.Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Analyze process and quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; recommend and implement solutions.Ensure compliance with applicable customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Prepare, maintain, and control quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, reports, and records.Conduct internal audits, process audits, and product inspections to evaluate effectiveness and compliance.Provide training, guidance, and support to team members on quality systems, procedures, and best practices.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve performance.Report quality performance metrics to management and support continuous improvement initiatives.Position RequirementsExpertise with analytic tools, such as spreadsheets and database managers.Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, preferably AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015.Ability to read and interpret technical documents.Proven knowledge of Quality Systems in a Manufacturing environment.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.Occasional travel may be required.ProRecruiters is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
