Territory Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities* Open and grow new retail accounts within an assigned territory
* Build relationships with store owners and key decision-makers
* Maintain strong in-store presence through merchandising and restocking
* Manage inventory, reorders, and support ongoing sales growth
* Execute promotions, sampling events, and local activations
* Track sales activity and performance using CRM tools
* Independently manage schedule and territoryQualifications* High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Comfortable with local travel and a physically active role (lifting up to 40 lbs)
* Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset
