Computer Numerical Control Machinist

CNC Machinist Pay: Starting at $25.00/hour (higher compensation available based on experience, technical skills, and overall qualifications). We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist who is passionate about precision manufacturing and takes pride in producing high-quality parts. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC mills and lathes. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications. Program, edit, and optimize CNC programs to improve efficiency and quality. Select appropriate tooling, cutting speeds, and feeds for various materials. Design and implement effective workholding and setup methods. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet specifications. Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Collaborate with team members to improve productivity and manufacturing processes. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience. Strong blueprint reading and machining interpretation skills. Experience with CNC programming and machine setup. Knowledge of cutting tools, tooling selection, speeds, and feeds. Proficiency with precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Experience with CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with prototype and production machining. Familiarity with multiple CNC controls and CAM software. Ability to train or mentor less experienced machinists. Why Apply?
