ABA Therapist

WHO WE ARE: Interact Therapy Services is a newer ABA company in Burlington County, New Jersey. We are a clinician-owned and operated boutique agency. Our focus is on quality service and our mission is to make ABA therapy accessible to ALL families and children in need of behavior intervention. WHO WE NEED: If you are a personable, dynamic, passionate and caring RBT/Behavior Therapist, you’ll be a great fit for our company. We are specifically looking for part-time RBTs/Behavior Therapists who love children, wish to make a difference in the lives of kids and their families, and want fantastic experience and training in ABA and all things behavioral. Since Interact Therapy Services is a newer ABA company, you’ll be joining our team at the ground level and be well-positioned to grow with us as our clients, staff and company succeeds! WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: As an RBT/Behavior Therapist, you will work directly with children to implement treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Extensive training and supervision will be provided by our supportive and growth-oriented supervisory team. Experience the satisfaction of watching your efforts succeed and your clients progress! Job Responsibilities of RBTs/ABA Therapists at Interact Therapy Services include: Work with children in their homes, following a treatment plan created by a BCBA Collect data and submit progress notes at the end of every session Participate in supervision and training sessions with a BCBA WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: Job Requirements of RBTs/ABA Therapists at Interact Therapy Services include: Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelors’ degree a plus Experience working with children and/or individuals with ASD or similar challenges Must have access to reliable transportation Excellent interpersonal skills, attentive to detail, responsive to feedback Must love working with children and families! Must pass a background check Optional: Registered Behavior Technician certification a plus!
