We are seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients. Gunther Motor company is the Largest VW and Volvo dealer in the country. No experience or sales background needed, we will provide training to help you succeed.Responsibilities:Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clientshave the willingness to follow up with customersnetwork and build relationships with the new and existing client baseClose and follow up on sales transactionsValid in state drivers license and an acceptable, safe driving recordability to provide an exceptional customer experience and ensure customer satisfactiondrive to achieve sales targets and goalsdemonstrates the company core valuescomplies with company policies and proceduresparticipates in required trainingobserves all federal, state, local and safety rules and regulations in the performance of dutiesQualifications:No sales experience necessary, or other related fieldsno college degree requireddetail orientedStrong negotiation skillsability to build rapport with clientsdeliver a minimum number of vehicles each month
