The faculty is responsible for academic, service, and scholarship matters consistent with the mission and philosophy of the academic program. While core faculty members participate in university governance and assist the program director to plan, coordinate, facilitate, administer, and monitor all activities related to the program, the primary responsibility is to develop and deliver classroom lectures and skills instruction within the Counseling Programs.WHY THIS ROLE MATTERSThis role directly impacts student learning, professional preparation, and program quality.
