The performer will bring the festival’s panda mascot to life by interacting with attendees, posing for photos, and participating in shows and activities. Responsibilities include engaging with guests, maintaining the vitality and personality of the character, and ensuring a fun and safe experience for all participants. The performer will work closely with the events team to deliver memorable moments for visitors of all ages.QualificationsPhysical endurance and the ability to perform in a mascot costume for extended periods, including walking, standing, and animated movements.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with diverse audiences, including children, families, and groups.Creative and energetic performance skills, with the ability to express character traits non-verbally.Flexibility, punctuality, and the ability to take direction and work collaboratively with the event team.Previous experience in performing arts, theater, or character portrayal is a plus but not required.Commitment to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for festival attendees.Applicants should be able to adapt to various weather conditions and have a positive attitude while working in a high-energy setting.
