Job Description:Company: Mars Wrigley- Albany, GATitle: Team MemberRequired Shift:12 Hour Day ShiftWeek 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, SundayWeek 2: Wednesday, ThursdayHours: 7am-7:30pm Days7pm - 7:30am Nights(Hours may differ based on business needs)Job Purpose:Team Members must also ensure efficiency, operational conformance, product quality and continuous improvement. Functions as a member of an area team which is directly responsible for the efficient production of quality products in the required quantities. Operate/change over specified machinery in the assigned area.What are we looking for?Minimum Requirements:* High school diploma or GED* Must be mechanically inclinedPhysical Requirements:* Frequent lifting/carrying pushing (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)* Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling and gripping* Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, leaning over equipment and work in confined spaces* Ability to stand and/or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift).* Ability to read, write and speak EnglishPreferred Qualifications:* 1+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment* JDA and ATLAS knowledge or other warehouse management systems experience* Experience maintaining accurate inventory records* Forklift certificationWhat will be your Key Responsibilities?* Performs all assigned activities & job tasks within a line or area* Operates equipment in a safe and efficient manner.* Takes corrective actions in solving problems to root cause level.* Able to assess equipment operating reliability and perform routine repairs, adjustments and malfunction troubleshooting.* Performs and/or works with Maintenance to complete equipment PM's.* Able to maintain accurate records of QC checks, production numbers or waste performance.
