Staffing Resource Allocation Manager

Overview of Role TheStaffingResourceAllocationManager will play a critical role on our staffing team to ensure staffing and teamutilizationis being managed effectively in a high-paced,ever-changingenvironment. This position willbe responsible forworking across our six U.S. offices to define and implement creative solutions to staffing needs whileensuring thatboth business and talent development needs are met.This role intersects People and Operations, sittingwithin the HRdepartmentwhilereportinginto the COO's office. This role will require the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders as well as interact and build trusted relationships across all levels of the firm . Responsibilities Manage work assignments of consulting staff to match the needs of our clients, thefirm,and professional/developmentgoalsof consultingstaff Establish strong working relationships with senior leadership to successfully address all components related to staffing clientengagements Proactivelyidentifyand bring solutions to staffing situations as theyarise Proactivelyidentifyand address resource scheduling issues,employees'hours,caseand staff performance issues Monitor project budgetsand ensure thatproper resource levels andtimelinesare adheredto Maintain weekly staffing sheet as a business management tool with proper revenue recognition andaccuracy Support workforce planning for the US offices byidentifyingany trends or gaps in staff levels; make recommendations for adjustments needed to ensureappropriate staffingmodel to meet businessneeds Proactively work with Partners to develop andmaintainsector talent initiatives andgoals Maintain and provide information about current and future clientengagements Serve as a point of contactregardingvarious employee issues and concerns;establishstrong working relationships with consultingstaff Participate in performance management/career development meetings to better understandconsultants'individual development needs andstrengths Work with the Career Development team to ensure staff allocations align with their development needs andgoals Other HR-related projects as necessary Qualifications 5+ years of Management, Operations, Talent Management or similar experience Proven ability to build strong relationships with a range ofstakeholders Demonstrated experienced and understanding of businessfinancials Experience in professional services firmpreferred Candidate shouldpossessthe ability to analyze complex situations, have proven negotiation abilities,and strongdecision-makingskills Candidate must be comfortable dealing with highly confidential information andsituations Individual should have experience working closely with senior management and supporting multiple internalclients Ideal candidate will havesuperiorwrittenand verbalskills Candidate willpossesssuperiororganizationalskills,creative problem-solving skills,ability to prioritize and multi-task,and thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment Technology savvy with ability and desire tolearn HighproficiencyinExcel and experience in PowerPoint Additional Information The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. This role is based inany of ourUSofficesand follows our hybrid work model for U.S. offices.
