This role works closely with business analysts, system owners, and technical teams to ensure code is reliable, maintainable, and aligned with HR system requirements.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesContribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of HR system applications and enhancements.Write, modify, and debug software to support new features, integrations, and system improvements.Translate technical designs and business requirements into clean, efficient, and scalable code.Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure application reliability, maintainability, and performance.Apply strong knowledge of emerging technologies to modernize HR applications and improve development practices.Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and documentation to support high quality delivery.Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutionsMinimum Education & Experience RequirementsUS CitizenBachelor's degree in computer science or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in application developmentDemonstrable knowledge of new tools and technologies supporting innovative application developmentWhy Choose MIRACORP?At MIRACORP, we recognize that our employees are the cornerstone of our success.
